This course will help you to become familiar with common causes and solutions to foundation-related issues. You'll learn to be confident in explaining these issues to prospective homebuyers and sellers.
The topics covered include foundation sinking, sagging and settling; wall failure; the signs and causes of bowing, leaning and pushed-in walls. At the end of this course, you'll have the knowledge to address and correct foundation-related issues and to replace foundations altogether.
