The Annual Meeting is on the horizon! Join us at the FedEx Event Center at Shelby Farms from 10 a.m. to noon on Sept. 12 as we announce the new Board of Directors and hear from MAAR Leadership on the State of the Association!
This shall serve as notice that there are proposed Bylaws amendments, which will be presented at the MAAR Annual Meeting on Thursday, September 12 at 10:00 a.m. at the FedEx Event Center at Shelby Farms (415 Great View Drive East, Cordova, TN). A quorum of 10% of REALTOR® members is required. The proposed Bylaws amendments prepared by the Governing Documents Committee and supported by the Board of Directors can be found here.
Refreshments will be served and parking is available on-site. All members are invited and, as always, there is no charge to attend. However, we do ask that you register in advance.

Voting Information
Online voting will open on Monday, Aug. 12 and close on Tuesday, Sept. 11 at 11:59 p.m., at which point no more votes may be cast. After voting ends, the Election Inspector will verify the results in writing. The results will be announced by Scott Bettis, MAAR 2024 President, at the Annual Meeting.
During the voting period, voting computers will be available for use at MAAR. Any member who visits MAAR will be able to cast their vote on-site should they wish to do so. Votes must be cast prior to the deadline to be counted.
Please bear in mind that only REALTOR® members may vote on the full slate of candidates. REALTOR-ASSOCIATE® members may only vote for REALTOR-ASSOCIATE® candidates.
