There will be several proposed Bylaws amendments presented for a vote by the full membership at this year's Annual Meeting on Sept. 12. Attend this informative Town Hall to hear the Governing Documents Committee present the proposed amendments. There will be open opportunity to ask questions and have discourse. No voting will take place at this Town Hall, but this will prepare you for the vote on Sept. 12.
This shall serve as notice that there are proposed Bylaws amendments, which will be presented at the MAAR Annual Meeting on Thursday, September 12 at 10:00 a.m. at the FedEx Event Center at Shelby Farms (415 Great View Drive East, Cordova, TN). A quorum of 10% of REALTOR® members is required. The proposed Bylaws amendments prepared by the Governing Documents Committee and supported by the Board of Directors can be found here.
