The ’23-’24 TREC Core Course is required for licensees who need continuing education credit to renew their license. This mandatory course is updated every two years to include timely topics determined by the Tennessee Real Estate Commission.
The ’23-’24 version of the course provides an update on TREC law, rule and policy—common violations, E & O suspension and penalty fees, A.G. opinion and fingerprinting. It also covers principal broker supervision of advertising, earnest money/security/trust deposit and the mandatory real estate firm audit.
There will be a review of agency, contracts, disclosures, TREC property management requirements and commercial/leasing terminology.
