At REALTOR® Day on the Hill, we will gather at the State Capitol to meet with Senate and House members, discussing issues vital to property owners and REALTORS® in our community locally.

A chartered bus headed for Nashville will depart from MAAR at approximately 4:30 a.m. Guests must arrive at 4 a.m. to allow for loading time. The bus will return to MAAR between 6:30 and 7 p.m. Meals will be provided. Members can ride the MAAR bus for free, but spaces are limited and reservations are required. Attendees must register with Tennessee REALTORS® directly to be included in Day on the Hill, even if they are not attending the entire TNEX 2024 multi-day program. Click here to register for Day on the Hill. Be sure to enter your name and office as you want them to appear on your badge and confirm your registration.

You do not need to register for a seat on the bus if you are attending the entirety of TNEX 2024, as you will already be in Nashville. Bus registration is solely for members not attending the conference but would like to participate in Day on the Hill on Feb. 21.

Bus Registration Details
Cost: Free for members

Please read the timeline closely as the bus will not wait for late registrants.

4 a.m. – Guests arrive at MAAR.
4:15 a.m. – Bus boarding begins.
4:30 a.m. – Bus departs promptly from MAAR parking lot.  
8 a.m. – Bus arrives at the Embassy Suites Downtown (708 Demonbreun St., Nashville TN, 37203).  
2:30 p.m. – Bus arrives at Embassy Suites Downtown for pickup.  
3 p.m. – Final call for guests to load the bus back to Memphis.  
6:30-7 p.m. – Bus returns to MAAR.
