The hybrid appraisal, also called a bifurcated appraisal, is a product that has grown in popularity in the past few years. This course will help attendees gain a complete understanding of the performance requirements and report requirements for hybrid appraisals and evaluations.

Attendees will also become more familiar with guidelines and reporting protocol for minimum property requirements for the FHA, the USDA, the VA and Fannie Mae.

This is a one-day course and lunch will be provided to attendees.

This class is approved for appraiser CE credit by the Tennessee Real Estate Appraiser Commission (TREAC) and the Mississippi Appraisal Board (MAB). It is also approved for REALTOR^® CE credit by TREC.
