Calling all Multi Million Dollar Club members! MMDC is holding its annual Election Meeting—and you're invited to attend!
Be advised that the MMDC Bylaws Committee has proposed several amendments to the MMDC Bylaws. These amendments will be voted on in person during the meeting. MMDC's Bylaws only allow for changes at an in-person meeting of the members if a quorum is met. It is, therefore, critical that we have a quorum of voting members at the meeting to vote on the proposed changes.
Members will be asked to sign in upon arrival at MAAR. The registration table will open at 3:45 p.m. Members must sign in to ensure a quorum is met.
MMDC members are strongly encouraged to attend to ensure that a vote may be held. Click below to register for the meeting, and feel free to peruse the proposed amendments in the meantime!
Voting Information
Candidate bios are available below for viewing. Voting will open on Tuesday, April 18 and remain open through Thursday, May 4 at 5 p.m., at which point no more votes may be cast.
MMDC members may vote online at any time during the voting period. Paper ballots will be available at MAAR for those who prefer to vote in person. A copy of your driver's license will be required for this voting method.
Members may wait to vote until the Election Meeting if preferred. The meeting will begin at 4 p.m., giving members an hour to meet the candidates in person before the polls close at 5 p.m. The newly-elected Board of Governors will be announced at the Election Meeting.
